Anna will be your initial point of contact. She will begin the loan process with you by helping you
with your loan application. She will assist you in gathering all the basic documentation to begin your
loan approval for purchase or refinance. Once your loan application has been completed and all
supporting documentation has been proved, Anna will prepare your file for the next phase with Seila
Berry for pre-approval.
Seila will assist you with building a complete loan file in order to put you in the best negotiating position
when making an offer. She will review your loan application and all supporting documentation within 48 hours
to provide you and your real estate agent with a pre-approval. She will assist you in collecting any additional
documentation necessary to enable Alex to have a complete understanding of your financial situation prior
to setting up your personalized loan consultation with Alex. Seila will be your main point of contact while you
search for your home and will communicate with your Realtor to assist with your offers. Once you are under
contract and/or ready to lock your loan, Seila will prepare your file for the next phase with Amy Rivera.
Amy will manage your file from contract to close, ensuring you close on time. She will assist Alex to ensure your loan is locked and contact you to sign your loan disclosures. She will review all your
supporting documentation: credit, income, asset and contract to prepare your file for processing. Amy will communicate with all parties involved to guarantee a smooth transaction. Once your file has been submitted into processing, Amy will call you every week for your “Tuesday Update.”
